Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Join Our Team at Avir at Santa Fe!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver personalized care for each resident. Our 104-bed facility, located at 1205 Santa Fe Drive in Weatherford, Texas, offers a range of services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and therapies such as physical, occupational, and speech.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs monitoring, and mobility exercises

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams

  • Collaborate with licensed nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
