Senior DevOps Engineer, Windows-On Prem

Salary: $91,700 - 163,700 per year Requirements:

• We need 4+ years of recent experience as a DevOps Engineer supporting Windows-based on-premises hosted applications, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity within an Agile test-driven environment.
• We need 4+ years of PowerShell scripting experience.
• We need 4+ years of experience with Azure DevOps on-premises, including building, administering, and troubleshooting YAML pipelines.
• We need 3+ years of experience mentoring junior engineers, leading DevOps and platform engineering initiatives through full delivery, and managing multiple high-priority projects in complex, cloud-native, compliance-focused environments.
• We need 2+ years of experience using continuous integration tools in an on-premises environment.
• We need experience applying AI tools within the software development lifecycle to improve quality and efficiency.
• We need experience using load balancing tools and different deployment models.
• We need active, current hands-on experience with Azure DevOps on-premises, not just cloud, plus at least 4 of the following: Octopus Deploy, PowerShell scripting, SQL databases and scripts, Netscaler or F5 load balancers, and familiarity with Dynatrace, Elastic, or Grafana monitoring tools for production issue triage.
• We need the ability to travel to our La Crosse, Wisconsin office up to 25% as needed.
