Associate Business Analyst

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and understand business requirements. Analyze requirements and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirement documents. Participate in client meetings, project discussions, sprint planning, and requirement clarification sessions. Work closely with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Support UAT activities, requirement changes, meeting notes, and project documentation as required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Development, QA, Project Coordination, or related software project experience is preferred. Previous experience as a Software Developer or exposure to software development is a strong advantage. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, web and mobile applications. Ability to prepare clear requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and meeting notes. Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools is an added advantage.
