This role partners closely with Marketing Operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions that support Box’s go-to-market strategy.As a BSA III, you will independently drive medium to high-complexity initiatives, act as a subject matter expert for assigned platforms, and serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. You will influence the marketing systems roadmap, balance run-the-business support with strategic initiatives, and ensure solutions align with long-term platform scalability and compliance requirements.WHAT YOU'LL DO Serve as the primary BSA owner for Marketing platforms, with deep ownership of Iterable and TrustArcPartner with Marketing Operations, to provide consultative guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and best practicesIndependently lead end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, UAT coordination, and go-live readinessTranslate complex marketing, data, and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications and user storiesDesign and support data integrations and pipelines using SnapLogic, collaborating closely with Engineering and Data teamsUse SQL to analyze data, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support marketing reporting and segmentation needsEvaluate current-state processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend scalable, compliant marketing solutionsCollaborate in an agile delivery model with Enterprise Systems, Engineering, Data, and external vendors to ensure high-quality outcomesManage and prioritize run-the-business work, including enhancements, defects, and operational issuesContribute to the Marketing Systems roadmap, providing input on effort estimation, dependencies, and delivery sequencingWHO YOU ARE We are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applicationsExperience with Marketo , including marketing automation, campaign management, and Salesforce integration.Strong hands-on experience with Iterable, including campaigns, journeys, segmentation, data ingestion, and integrationsExperience supporting TrustArc or similar consent and privacy platforms in a marketing or data environmentProven experience with SnapLogic, including designing, supporting, or troubleshooting integration pipelinesStrong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and issue resolutionSolid understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and marketing automation workflowsDemonstrated ability to independently own techno-functional deliverables across analysis, design, testing, and deploymentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred skills:Experience with additional MarTech, cloud computing or CDP platforms such as GCP, Segment, Marketo.Familiarity with event-based tracking, customer data platforms, and downstream analyticsExperience in a SaaS, B2B, or high-growth technology environmenBox lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture.
