You will make an impact across the global eCommerce fulfillment experience across Walmart and Sam’s Club in the U.S. and international markets. Walmart’s Fulfillment Customer Experience team is responsible for the fulfillment experiences of millions of customers — ensuring they get whatever they want, whenever they want, however they want, with a perfect order every time. You’ll define how customers access and understand order details, track order status across fulfillment journeys, receive timely transaction communications, and act when plans change across digital and physical touchpoints—including shipping, pickup, and delivery. Your work will ensure every post-transaction interaction is transparent, proactive, reliable, and easy to use from order placement through fulfillment and beyond. You will work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, stores, fulfillment centers, customer support, and business stakeholders to define capabilities that perfect order, optimize fulfillment outcomes, and create transparent customer experiences. We are also looking for product leaders who have experience leveraging modern AI tools and building AI-native applications and experiences, AI-assisted decisioning to create intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric products in the new ways of building for our customers. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, clarity in complex problem spaces, and the ability to influence outcomes across a large, matrixed organization.
