Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Scientist to join the laboratory team. In this role, you will perform routine and stat laboratory testing while ensuring accurate and timely results across multiple laboratory disciplines including Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing and analyze patient samples
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results
• Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance standards
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Review pending logs and resolve testing issues as needed
• Support laboratory workflow and patient care operations

Requirements

• Associate Degree required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology preferred
• Active Florida Medical Technologist License required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Medical Technologist/MLS experience required
• Experience in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Night Shift Differential: $2.50/hr
• On-Call Pay: $2/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
