People Business Partner

Acting as a strategic partner within the organization, the full-time remote People Business Partner will align People Ops initiatives with business goals, supporting G&A leadership in areas such as organizational design, talent management, and performance management. Key responsibilities Collaborate with G&A leadership to develop People Ops strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and scalability Partner with leaders on organizational design and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs Champion talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent across G&A functions Required qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in People Operations, preferably in a startup environment supporting G&A functions Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence leaders and drive organizational outcomes Expertise in organizational development, including talent strategy and performance management Knowledge of employment law and People practices in the U.S. and Canada Proficiency in HR tech stack, preferably with Rippling HRIS and Lattice
