Summary
A boutique financial services firm in Greenville is seeking a highly organized and personable Client Service Coordinator to support client relationships, office operations, and scheduling.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong client connections, and keeping processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional service.
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-up activities.
Prepare client meeting materials and presentation packages.
Maintain accurate client information and activity records in the CRM.
Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative requests.
Support client communications, events, and relationship-building initiatives.
Organize digital files and assist with office technology and operations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in administrative support, client service, executive assistance, or a similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Professional, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused.

Schedule

Full-Time or Part-Time for the right person.
Onsite position with a high level of autonomy and client interaction.

Compensation

$25/hour
Potential healthcare stipend available if needed.
