A skilled nursing facility in Pittsburgh is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead census growth and referral development for the building.

This role is responsible for building strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners while driving admissions and occupancy. The ideal candidate understands the skilled nursing environment and can execute both external outreach and internal admissions strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to drive census
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
• Track referrals and improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with Admissions and clinical team on referral acceptance
• Represent the facility in the community and at networking events
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Support overall census strategy with facility leadership

Qualifications
• Prior marketing, admissions, or liaison experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
• Proven ability to build referral relationships
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, census-driven environment
