Drive has recently partnered with new nonprofit and charitable organizations and is actively building 2-3 marketing teams around top performers who want to make a real impact. While this role begins at the entry level, our focus is long-term growth. We are committed to internally developing select candidates from a Marketing Assistant role into Managing Director positions within 12 months. It's a fast track - that's the pace required to support the urgent missions of the organizations we represent. We're especially interested in candidates with an athletic background or competitive mindset. Individuals who understand discipline, resilience, and teamwork tend to thrive- especially when paired with a genuine passion for giving back and creating meaningful change.
