Job Summary As a Lobby Ambassador, you will create a welcoming, professional, and secure environment for all clients, candidates, guests, and employees. Serving as the first point of contact, you will manage front desk operations, assist visitors, coordinate guest services, and ensure a positive arrival experience for everyone entering the facility. Key Responsibilities Greet and acknowledge all guests in a warm and professional manner Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service Manage visitor registration requests through a centralized email inbox Operate the main switchboard and direct calls appropriately Escort VIP and high-touch guests to meeting locations as needed Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Serve as the primary point of contact for lobby-related activities and emergencies Resolve guest concerns independently or escalate issues when necessary Support a positive team environment and collaborate across departments Perform additional duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Experience in a customer service, hospitality, concierge, or reception role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Some college coursework Rapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group and a member of Compass Group USA Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
