The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking an Intake Specialist/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for new clients. You will gather case details, qualify leads, and direct them into our scheduling process. Strong communication and data-entry accuracy are essential. This role requires you to handle high-volume calls, maintain organized records, and support front-desk duties. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
