This role supports project teams by scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, maintaining documents, preparing communications, and helping teams stay on schedule.### ## Key Responsibilities* Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and materials.* Take meeting notes and track action items.* Maintain project schedules, task lists, and documentation.* Follow up with team members on deadlines and assigned work.* Create and distribute newsletters, updates, and team communications.* Organize SharePoint sites, files, and project records.* Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.* Support onboarding, training coordination, and team events.* Manage stakeholder contact lists and communication distribution lists.* Assist project leaders with calendars, presentations, and administrative tasks.* Coordinate system access and training assignments for team members.## Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required.* 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, office support, or customer service role.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Good written and verbal communication skills.* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools preferred.**PAY RANGE:**$24.95 - $36.15**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
