About Our Agency: I've been in the insurance industry since 2012 and opened my State Farm agency in 2020. Our team includes four full-time employees, one part-time team member, and myself — a group that takes pride in providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships with our customers. Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Zach Butler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
