This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who wants to gain valuable sales experience with the potential to grow into a Licensed Insurance Producer. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers. Contact internet leads and follow up promptly. Identify qualified prospects and transfer warm opportunities to licensed team members. Schedule appointments and send calendar invitations. Communicate with prospects through phone calls and text messages. Update customer information in our CRM. Complete data entry and follow-up activities. Represent our agency with professionalism and enthusiasm on every interaction. Daily Success Metrics Make 82+ outbound calls each day. Complete 3 qualified live transfers to licensed team members. Schedule appointments and send calendar invitations. Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up records. Schedule Part‑time Monday through Friday 3–4 hours per day Qualifications No sales or insurance experience is required—we provide the training.
