If on-call on a holiday=$50 for that day401k with 3% annual matchMedical with Blue Cross Blue Shield for under $50 per monthLife and Disability InsurancePaid Holidays including your birthday or work anniversaryPaid Time Off, 1 st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours20% off rent at any of our owned communities (terms and conditions apply)Tuition reimbursement programYearly anniversary giftsTool reimbursement program, up to $500 per year ($250 available at 6 months)Boot and pant reimbursement programWhat You'll Be Doing:Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priorityMake Ready / Turning Units in between tenantsPainting/Staining both interior and exterior applicationsManage and adapt a preventative maintenance programExterior structural maintenance as neededManaging coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phoneSnow removal (when applicable)Pool maintenance (where applicable)Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)The Experience We Like To See:2+ years' experience in maintenance or equivalent6+ months experience in apartment maintenanceDry walling including painting and carpentryBasic knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe preferredBasic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixturesBasic repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposalRequired experience in HVAC with EPA certificationPool experience with CPO certification preferredSome knowledge of water heaters both electric and gasProblem solving skillsBe able to provide great customer service to our residentsHave basic safety training or be willing to go through basic training within 30/daysThis role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
