OVERVIEW

Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sqft. Facility is situated in the Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of ElectrolitTM - the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of Machine Operator I is to safely and efficiently operate production equipment, including blow molders, fillers and supporting systems. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in the operation of production equipment, including blow molders, fillers, and supporting systems under supervision.

· Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

· Help prepare machines for production runs, including setup, cleaning, and basic inspections.

· Monitor equipment and production processes; alert supervisors of issues or deviations.

· Perform basic in-process quality checks and document findings accurately.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to safety and food safety standards.

· Participate in training programs to develop technical and operational skills.

· Assist with routine reporting of production activity and machine performance.

· Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

· Other duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or GED required

· Some manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.

· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

· Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.

· Familiarity with food or beverage production is a plus.

· Fluency in English is a must, Spanish a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is performed primarily in a manufacturing and production environment within a beverage manufacturing facility. The work environment may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, automated and manual production equipment, wet or humid conditions, temperature variations, and moderate to high noise levels. Employees may be required to work on elevated work surfaces, platforms, ladders, or stairs, and in or around confined or restricted spaces in accordance with applicable safety procedures and training. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and must be worn at all times while on the production floor or in designated work areas, in accordance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, balance, push, pull, and use hands and arms to operate machinery, tools, and equipment. The role involves repetitive motions, sustained physical activity, and maintaining situational awareness in a dynamic production environment. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance. Work schedules may include extended shifts, overtime, weekends, and/or holidays based on production demands.

· Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

· Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
