Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Work Location: 100% On-Site (Remote and hybrid work are not available)

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of ERP system experience (must be clearly reflected on your resume).
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Available to start immediately if selected.
• Pay $23 plus depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and update data within TAT and JDE systems.
• Generate reports and track operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and team communications.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and other operational documentation.
• Assist with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination.
• Respond to phone calls and emails while assisting customers and employees.
• Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems.
• Support managers with special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of ERP system experience listed on resume.
• Demonstrated job stability with a consistent work history.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory, purchasing, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with JDE (JD Edwards) is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Immediate availability to start if selected.
