• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Oversee client experience, service quality, and satisfaction
• Improve real estate systems, processes, and daily workflows
• Monitor performance, establish accountability, and drive results
• Identify and resolve client and operational challenges
• Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure a seamless client experience from listing appointment through closing
• Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Experience in real estate operations, listing coordination, client success, or project management preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, MLS platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to team culture and exceptional client service
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused, continuous-improvement mindset
