Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has immediate openings for multiple Environmental/Toxic Tort Attorneys with 3+ years of substantive experience with our Northern California offices. These positions may present a remote (work from home) or hybrid opportunity. Do you want to handle high stakes litigation with cutting edge scientific issues? The ideal candidates must have at least three (3) to eight (8) years of substantive litigation experience (including taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court) in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; complex litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort. Cannabis experience is a plus. Candidates must be team players with strong academic credentials and be self-starters who feel ready to handle cases with limited supervision. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California. Our current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000-$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000-$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000-$275,000+. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
