Farmers Insurance - HANNA INSURANCE AGENCY in El Cajon or Alpine is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time or Part-Time Insurance Representative.

Responsibilities

--Provide exceptional customer service and support.

--Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

--Process customer policy change requests.

--Take premium payments from customers.

--Answer incoming phone calls.

--Return all phone messages promptly.

--Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

--Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

--Generating insurance quotes

Requirements

--Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

--Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

--Must have ability to multi-task.

--Professional phone etiquette.

--Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.

--Great Customer Service Skills.

--Problem-Solving Capabilities.

--Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

--Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

--Currently hold or willing to obtain Personal or Property Casualty insurance license
