Staff Accountant
Location: Edwardsburg, MI (100% onsite)

Our client is a reputable and growing organization with a strong focus on financial integrity and operational excellence. This role offers a variety of accounting responsibilities, supporting both daily operations and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance.
- Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with audit preparation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in general accounting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary: $57,000 – $59,000 depending on experience
Note: This role is 100% onsite
