Our client, a leading national specialty retailer, is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the development and execution of creative assets for internal marketing initiatives and brand campaigns. This role is ideal for a highly organized designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong eye for detail. The Graphic Designer will partner with creative teams to produce presentation materials, marketing collateral, and production-ready files while ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. This position requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the creative process. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day graphic design support for marketing campaigns and internal creative projects. Design and prepare visually compelling presentation decks for marketing and business stakeholders. Develop Pre-Production (PrePro) decks that communicate marketing requirements and project specifications for floorsets and other initiatives. Prepare, organize, and maintain design files for final art release, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Build and format final production files using Adobe InDesign. Troubleshoot and resolve production or file setup issues prior to release. Place final retouched imagery into production layouts and prepare files for handoff. Route creative assets through Copy, Art Direction, and other stakeholders for review and final approval. Collaborate closely with Creative, Copywriting, Creative Services, Traffic, and Procurement teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across all creative deliverables. Required Qualifications 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , including: Adobe Illustrator Experience creating presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and brand identity. Excellent attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work effectively under tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability. Preferred Qualifications Experience preparing production-ready artwork for print and marketing materials. Comfortable organizing, cleaning, and maintaining large volumes of creative files. Experience working within a retail, consumer products, or agency environment. What Will Make You Stand Out Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop . Strong production design experience, including preparing final artwork for release. Experience with precision trimming, cutting, and assembling materials using an X-Acto knife .
