Multimedia Production Designer
Our client is the world's largest intimates' specialty retailer offering a wide assortment of modern, fashion-inspired collections including signature bras, panties, lingerie, casual sleepwear, swim and athleisure, as well as award-winning prestige fragrances and body care.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred. Internship, freelance, or early career experience is welcome.
Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
- Software: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of typography, layout, motion design, and audio editing.
- Organization: Able to manage multiple assignments, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio: Portfolio must show strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand standards.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to take direction and feedback.
Role: Support the design and execution of multimedia creative solutions that enhance store communications, associate education, and the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior designers and cross-functional teams with the layout and production of internal and external projects while maintaining brand standards.
- Video Production: Edit video content for education, communication, engagement, and social media. Create simple animated graphics and visual effects to support storytelling. Assist with video shoots and production support.
- Digital Production: Adapt designs for digital assets including eLearning, presentations, email, social media, and internal communications.
- Print Production: Prepare and package files for print production. Coordinate print logistics with cross-functional partners to support timely delivery to stores.
- Universal Production Tasks: Create mock-ups to support project development and final production. Support translation handoff, formatting, and publishing for assigned projects. Contribute ideas to support strong design and content execution. Work with internal teams and print vendors to support production needs.
