Operations Specialist – Order Management (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist – Order Management to support the day-to-day processing and coordination of customer orders. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate order records, monitoring fulfillment activities, resolving order-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment where accuracy and communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Process, review, and maintain customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.

Verify order details, pricing, shipping information, and product availability.

Coordinate with internal departments to support timely order fulfillment.

Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays.

Maintain accurate records in internal databases and order management systems.

Prepare operational reports and assist with performance tracking.

Respond to internal and external order-related inquiries in a professional manner.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.

Support additional administrative and operational projects as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

1–3 years of experience in order management, operations, customer support, logistics, or administrative coordination.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management software is a plus.
