Physical Therapist Float - Outpatient

Location: 6301 Forest Hills Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM Compensation: Minimum $37.29 - Maximum $56.92 per hour. This position is designated as a Float Physical Therapist, supporting multiple outpatient locations based on operational needs. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates. Type of Opportunity Full‑time, FTE: 1.00. Exempt: No. Work Shift: Weekday schedule, Monday‑Friday. Responsibilities Receive an additional $2.00 per hour differential. Rotate between the following clinic locations: Kaseman, Albuquerque Healthplex, Albuquerque Southern, Rio Rancho Las Estancias, South Valley. Evaluate patients, develop goals, and implement treatment programs to improve physical or developmental function. Continuously reassess treatment plans and goals. Educate patients, families, and others regarding home programs and preventive measures. Prepare written documentation as required by the profession and the department in a timely manner. Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers regarding patient care. Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Participate in educational programs, in‑services, and other meetings as required. Participate on special project teams and other related duties as assigned and requested. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred. New Mexico License of Physical Therapy required. BLS required at time of hire. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
