Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance

• Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing customers
• Present products and services clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with selecting solutions based on their needs
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Use social media and digital platforms to generate leads and engagement
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Participate in virtual team meetings training and professional development sessions
• Meet assigned sales and customer-service objectives

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working remotely and managing daily tasks independently
• Basic computer and digital communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Previous experience in sales customer service marketing hospitality or a related field is an advantage
