Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting surgical procedures by preparing and organizing the operating room
• Maintaining sterile fields and following infection control standards
• Handing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants
• Preparing and managing surgical instruments and equipment pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring everything is ready for each procedure
• Working closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to provide smooth patient care
• Keeping accurate surgical counts and documentation throughout the day

Education Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary

Certifications Needed:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential required
• BLS certification (or ability to secure within 90 days of employment)
