Operations Analyst

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Operations Analyst opportunities in Addison, TX (Hybrid). Pay: $23.44/hour

• Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Hybrid work environment (Addison, TX)

• No parking fees

• Temp - 12 months with potential of extension/conversion

Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Execute and oversee alternative investment transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and trade corrections with a high degree of accuracy

• Perform back-office order entry, fund-level reporting, and break resolution while ensuring adherence to fund schedules and deadlines

• Review and validate client documentation for subscriptions, tenders, transfers, and re-registrations to ensure compliance and completeness

• Conduct peer quality checks and collaborate cross-functionally to support trade execution, money movement instructions, and operational excellence

Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 1–3 years of prior operations experience in financial services or investment operations

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze data and reconcile discrepancies

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a high level of attention to detail
