No ramp-up stress. Your focus is medicine, not logistics. Choose your schedule: 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Keep your evenings and weekends. Treat a broad mix of pediatric and adult allergy and immunology patients in a collegial, mission-driven environment. For physicians tired of the on‑call grind, this is the exit ramp. Position Highlights No call/ No weekends Join a care team of 1 physician and 3 APPs serving 3 locations in Lubbock, TX Competitive base salary + productivity bonus - your effort is rewarded directly Sign-on bonus -ask your recruiter for current figures Relocation assistance available for qualifying candidates PTO + Paid Holidays Medical, Dental & Vision (30+ hrs/wk) CME stipend + full malpractice & tail coverage Research participation with additional compensation potential Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology. Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. Fellowship training in Allergy & Immunology required. DEA ACLS and BLS certification required. Prior experience in outpatient allergy and immunology care preferred.
