Job Title: KILT-FM Morning Show Producer Department: Programming Reporting To: Brand Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Location(s): Houston, TX Work Arrangement: Onsite Overview Audacy Houston, 100.3 The Bull is seeking a Full-Time Producer. Responsibilities Oversee the on air automation system Produce on location and remotely Record readings, sound, and edit both Write stories for the web Assist on air talent in live situations and minor production Produce and post audio/video clips to Social Media Preparation work for our Daily Show and manage the show calendar Create, direct and strategize for the station and show social media content Represent the station at events Participate on air for features during the show Qualifications Required & Preferred: Previous experience running a studio board for a live talk show Ability to edit audio and identify the best moments in a show to push out on various platforms An understanding of how to post to social media in a way that will engage with the target audience Experience booking guests Video editing experience a plus Knowledge of automation and productions software a plus A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
