Weekend ReceptionistAdviniaCare Newton-Wellesley is seeking a skilled and compassionate Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As a vital member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, support our residents and staff, and ensure the smooth operation of our facility on weekends. Hours for this position are every Saturday and Sunday 8a - 4p or 8:30a - 4:30p. If you are a detail-oriented, organized, and friendly individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls, providing information and taking messagesGreet all visitors entering the facility and direct or escort them to their destinationAssist residents, family members, employees, and other visitors as neededPerform general administrative tasks such as word processing and data entryMaintain security by following procedures and controlling access to who enters the facilityMaintain the general filing system and file all correspondences appropriatelyReceive and sort daily mail/delivery/couriersReport any issues or concerns with residents to the AdministratorPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsExperience in Long Term Care industry, preferredStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskPhysical DemandsMust be able to move intermittently throughout the workdayMay be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situationsIf you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care and service, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
