This role offers a flexible 40-hour work week, primarily Monday through Friday with some Saturdays, in a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform basic vehicle detailing tasks including washing, vacuuming, glass cleaning, tire shining, and dryingAssist with paintless dent repair and buffing as experience allowsContribute to maintaining a clean and professional service areaFollow safety procedures and maintain high-quality standardsWork Schedule40 hours per week, flexible scheduleMonday through Friday with occasional SaturdaysCompensation and BenefitsPay commensurate with experience in detailing, paintless dent repair, and buffingOn-the-job training providedHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid holidays and vacationEmployee vehicle purchase program

Job Requirement:Valid driver’s licenseReliable transportationPositive attitude and strong work ethicWillingness to learn and be coachablePrevious experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required
