We are looking for an experienced  teacher to join our full-time, salaried team (M-F: 7:15 a.m.–3:45 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch). You'll have the opportunity to nurture and inspire children ages 2–3 while working alongside exceptional educators who are committed to excellence, creativity, and building a warm, supportive school community.

What You’ll Do:  As a key member of our team, you will:

Lead with confidence and warmth in a 2–3-year-old classroom, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Use strong classroom management skills to guide behavior, set clear expectations, and support children through challenging moments with patience, consistency, and connection.
Understand the developmental needs of toddlers and recognize that challenging behavior is often communication.
Create meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, hands-on experiences, and developmentally appropriate practices.
Support the whole child through social-emotional learning, relationship building, independence, and opportunities to develop self-regulation.
Observe, document, and respond to children's individual needs, interests, strengths, and developmental growth.
Collaborate closely with your teaching team to create a consistent, calm, and well-managed classroom.
Build meaningful relationships with children and families and communicate with warmth, professionalism, and respect.
Embrace our Jewish values-based, play-centered approach , helping children develop a sense of community, compassion, curiosity, and belonging.
Bring energy, flexibility, and a sense of humor to the wonderfully busy and sometimes unpredictable world of toddlers!
Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• At least six months of experience at a licensed early childhood education center (preferred).
• Must pass a background check.
• Must complete CPR and First Aid training within 90 days (if not certified).
