Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice. Compact licenses transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary. Current TB skin test within last 12 months. Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation.
