Modernize marketing using AI, analytics dashboards, and existing technology to improve targeting and decision-making. Build an ROI mindset by moving from ad-hoc marketing expenditures to measurable, results-focused investments. Sharpen our competitive edge through market intelligence and compelling messaging. Own the digital strategy, including website content, social media, and digital campaigns. Improve the customer journey by partnering with Customer Service to streamline signups, service interactions, and retention efforts.
