Salesforce Developer/Associate Developer

We're seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Engineering team, working as part of an agile scrum team within a specified release train, reporting to the Director of Engineering over Salesforce Development. In this role, you'll use your declarative and custom development skills to manage and enhance our Agent and Customer Salesforce solutions, built on Financial Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with potential work on Chat and other integrations. The features and stories you deliver have a direct impact on our ability to achieve business objectives for each release and deliver value for our customers.:$60/hr on w2 to $63/hr on w2Responsibilities:Contribute development to fulfill business requirements to enhance the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce & Lightning pages, and configurative/declarative development using Flow, Custom Metadata, and moreIntegrate 3rd party applications such as Amazon Connect, Live Vox, or other applications as necessaryTest and debug code and integrations, and contribute to technical documentationTroubleshoot production issues and implement fixesLeverage the latest Salesforce design patterns, principles, and technologyUtilize ADO to manage and deliver code through pipeline to productionInvestigate how certain platform capabilities can help empower the business to achieve its imperativesQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Technology or related field, and/or equivalent work experience6+ years of overall development experience with a good foundation in OOP4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience on mid to large enterprise implementationsGood product knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience CloudsProficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (Aura and LWC), and SOQLProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST web servicesProficiency with modern IDEs (VSCode, IntelliJ) and SCM tools (Git, SVN)Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and SQLProficiency with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologiesAbility and desire to learn new technologies and development toolsDesire to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment as part of a team of like-minded developersPreferred:Salesforce Unit and Automated Testing experience using JEST and Robot frameworksExperience with Salesforce data tools such as Data LoaderExperience with CI/CD tools and the Salesforce CLI (SFDX)Experience with PythonFamiliarity with developing on other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web ServicesExperience with CMS systems such as Adobe Experience ManagerCertifications (preferred):Salesforce Certified Platform Developer ISalesforce Certified App BuilderSalesforce Certified JavaScript Developer ISalesforce Certified AdministratorIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
