We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Senior Representative - ITIL to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job description & Requirements:

1. Provide L1 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization & resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email & Chat.
2. Typically, the associate level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers & departments within the Client Infrastructure.
3. Good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office & COTS applications etc.
4. Strong troubleshooting skills, bug-finding, and resolution
5. Ability to work independently within a diverse global team
6. Must be a Graduate.
7. Good communication skills with international calling experience
8. Good comprehension & writing skills
9. Must possess excellent customer handling skills
10. Should be comfortable to work in rotational shift with 24x7 support window
11. Mandate work from office.
