In this key leadership role, you will shape and execute innovative sales and marketing initiatives, leverage digital and data-driven strategies, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth, market positioning, and guest engagement while upholding the service excellence and brand standards that define Loews Hotels.Who You Are:Strategic Sales Leader: You bring the ability to envision, develop, and execute forward-thinking sales and marketing strategies that drive sustainable revenue growthInfluential Communicator: You are a confident communicator and negotiator with a talent for building lasting relationships and influencing outcomesPeople-Focused Developer: You are committed to coaching, developing, and motivating teams while fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and belongingDigitally Proficient Marketer: You have hands-on expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce strategies, and data analysis to optimize hotel performance and demand generationVeterans and miliary spouses are encouraged to applyWhat You'll Do:Sales & Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute a comprehensive annual strategic business and marketing plan aligned with local market dynamics and hotel objectivesDesign and implement targeted promotions, packages, and advertising campaigns that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue growthMaintain accurate sales forecasts across all segments, proactively identifying opportunities for performance improvement and market expansionRevenue Optimization & Market PartnershipsCollaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Management to develop pricing strategies that maximize RevPAR and overall profitabilityEstablish and maintain strong relationships with Convention & Visitors Bureaus and key industry partners to support business development effortsLeadership & Team DevelopmentRecruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals while supporting individual growth and career developmentFoster a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on accountability, excellence, and resultsCollaboration & Brand SupportPartner with Public Relations and Area Marketing teams to deliver integrated sales and marketing initiatives that support brand visibility and resultsPerform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel and commercial objectivesOther ResponsibilitiesRegular attendance in conformance with standardsMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needsRequired to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetingsPerform other duties as assignedYour Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience requiredMaster's degree in Hospitality Management or an MBA preferred, but not requiredProven experience as a Hotel Sales Director or in a comparable senior sales leadership role, with approximately 10 years of sales management experienceStrong knowledge of hotel operations, sales strategies, digital marketing, and revenue management principles, supported by multiple years in the hospitality industryDemonstrated ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to inform strategic decisionsEstablished success in negotiation and client relationship management, with the ability to build and sustain long-term partnershipsRegular travel required for client meetings, market sales activity, and industry eventsExperience using hotel management systems (e.g., OPERA)Proficiency with sales and CRM platforms such as Delphi, Salesforce, or similar systemsWorking knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, PPC)Experience with revenue management systems such as IDeaS or DuettoAbility to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds as needed for events or presentationsWillingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the timeCertified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) or Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) certification is beneficial but not requiredWho You'll Supervise:Sales and Marketing Team MembersLoews Hotels & Co is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and pregnancy-related conditions), gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws and ordinances. #J-18808-Ljbffr Loews Hotels & Co
