JOB SUMMARY

TYLin is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of complex Rail + Transit projects based in New York City, with opportunities to contribute to projects across the United States. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

What You'll Do As a BIM Coordinator within our Rail + Transit team, you will: * Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models for complex rail and transit infrastructure projects, including stations, maintenance facilities, track corridors, and systems. * Produce high-quality BIM deliverables using Revit, Autocad, Microstation, OpenBuildings Designer, and other Bentley and Autodesk applications. * Support multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, and model integration across engineering disciplines. * Implement project BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery requirements in accordance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). * Prepare, review, and maintain accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, drawings, schedules, and project documentation. * Perform model quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) to ensure compliance with client requirements and TYLin standards. * Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, designers, and project teams to resolve design coordination issues. * Support the preparation of digital deliverables for clients throughout all phases of project development. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, templates, and digital delivery processes. * Stay current with evolving BIM technologies and industry best practices to enhance project delivery. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: * 2-5 years of professional BIM experience supporting transportation, rail, or complex infrastructure, industrial, or commerical projects * Experience using Revit/Autocad/OpenBuildings Designer (Bentley), with a good background in producing engineering/ Architecture drawings * Experience developing and coordinating BIM models on large, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. * Working knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), digital delivery standards, and model coordination processes.

• Experience performing clash detection, model validation, and QA/QC reviews.
• Strong understanding of engineering and architectural documentation

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $81,200 - $ 110,500 annually for this position and local market.
