Role Overview As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our players, providing clear, friendly, and professional support across phone, email, and live chat. This is a day-shift role based in our Malta office, working on a 4 days on/2 days off rotation, with shifts typically running from 09:00–18:00 or 12:00–21:00, including a 1-hour break. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining excellent service Assist players with account and platform-related queries Troubleshoot issues and guide customers towards appropriate solutions Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when required Maintain clear, professional, and accurate communication Skills & Experience High level of spoken and written English is essential Previous customer support or contact centre experience is preferred iGaming experience or knowledge of the industry is an advantage Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills A positive, customer-focused approach and strong team-player attitude Comfortable working a rotating shift schedule, including weekends What We Offer Monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of gross monthly salary, based on internal KPIs, with eligibility from the second month of employment Clear opportunities to grow as the company scales Regular team events, outings, and celebrations Collaborative culture that values input from across teams Growth opportunities within the Traffic Label Group network #J-18808-Ljbffr
