**SKILLBRIDGE to FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

Great Electricians Deserve Great Opportunities.

Are you an experienced solar electrician who knows there's more you could be doing for homeowners?

Maybe you're installing solar systems today, but you know your electrical skills could be used to solve bigger problems and deliver better solutions.

What if you could use ALL of those skills—and get rewarded for the value you create?

We're a residential electrical service company specializing in solar, battery storage, and EV charging. We're looking for ambitious solar electricians who want to take ownership of their work, become trusted advisors to homeowners, and build exceptional careers.

You bring the solar electrical skills, drive, and hunger to succeed. We'll help you develop the rest.

You're the Expert. You Build the Solution. You Earn the Commission.

At Solar Service, our electricians are the center of our business.

We believe the professional who diagnoses the problem, develops the solution, and earns the homeowner's trust should be the person who gets rewarded.

Not a separate solar salesperson.

You. The electrician.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be empowered to:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential solar systems.
• Recommend solar expansions, equipment upgrades, and electrical improvements.
• Help homeowners explore battery storage, backup power, and EV charging.
• Develop and present comprehensive solutions that meet homeowners' needs.

And we'll give you the training and support to succeed.

Our best-in-class technical, sales, and customer service training , combined with extensive field support, will help you confidently solve problems, develop solutions, and earn homeowners' trust.

When you sell the solution, you earn the commission—even if another team completes the work.

You're the technical expert, the trusted advisor, and the person rewarded for creating value.

Earn What You're Worth. No Commission Cap.

Who we are looking for?

We're looking for solar electricians with strong electrical fundamentals, a great attitude, and a hunger to grow.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has hands-on residential solar installation or service experience.
• Understands residential solar electrical components and systems.
• Enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and helping homeowners.
• Communicates professionally and takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Is ambitious, self-motivated, and excited to develop new skills.
• Can work independently, safely access rooftops, and manage daily service calls.
• Has a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Battery storage, Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, and EV charging experience are a plus—but NOT required. We'll train you!

What matters most is your solar electrical foundation, attitude, and drive to succeed.
