CASUAL DINING LEADER – WHITE MARSH, MD

Salary: Up to $70,000 + Performance Bonus

We’re looking for a restaurant leader with presence —someone who knows how to command a busy dining room, build a team people want to work for, and turn great hospitality into serious results.

This is a high-volume, upscale casual concept in White Marsh that is looking for a leader who wants more than a title. You’ll have the opportunity to influence culture, elevate service, develop talent, and directly impact the restaurant’s performance.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

• Lead high-energy daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH
• Build, coach, and retain a team that delivers at a high level
• Set the standard for hospitality, service, food quality, and execution
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop future leaders
• Create an environment where accountability and fun coexist
• Partner with senior leadership to continuously raise the bar

WE WANT A LEADER WHO:

• Has 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or upscale casual dining
• Knows how to lead in a high-volume environment without losing the guest experience
• Understands P&L, labor, food cost, and operational performance
• Builds teams—not just schedules
• Leads from the front and isn't afraid to get in the trenches
• Brings energy, urgency, accountability, and genuine hospitality
• Has ServSafe certification or is willing to obtain it
