This newly created role will lead the regional finance organization across North and Latin America, partnering with business and global leadership to drive financial performance, scalability, and operational excellence across multiple entities and countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of accounting, reporting, FP&A, and business control for the region
• Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Strengthen internal controls, systems, and processes to support growth
• Develop and mentor a distributed finance team across six countries
• Partner closely with global finance and regional leadership to enable data-driven decisions

Ideal Profile

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in multinational organizations
• Proven success leading finance teams in multi-entity, multi-country environments
• Manufacturing industry experience with deep understanding of manufacturing operations, costs, and the story behind the numbers
• ERP implementation and process improvement experience
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability
