This role plays a critical part in supporting our sales department, guiding customers through the financing process, and maximizing dealership profitability--all while ensuring full compliance and delivering exceptional customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners. Present and sell aftermarket products (extended warranties, GAP, protection plans) to drive profitability and support customer satisfaction. Accurately complete all finance documentation and ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Employee Prerequisites: Ability to quickly adapt and succeed through streamlined onboarding. 2+ years automotive sales experience and 1+ year in finance (compensation based on experience). Flexible schedule to meet business needs. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. Proactive, self‑motivated, and collaborative team player.
