Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is an excellent opportunity to join F.H. Furr, a stable, recession-resistant organization, and partner with leadership to help build and scale the talent acquisition function in Central Virginia.
We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong sourcing and organizational skills and a passion for supporting growth in the Skilled Trades. This role will focus on improving recruiting processes, driving hiring results, and helping position F.H. Furr as an employer of choice in the market.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing, essential-services business while working in a hands-on, high-impact environment.
Based in Central Virginia (hybrid), with occasional local travel, this role supports full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades professionals and leadership positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with business leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent while strengthening recruiting practices and tools.

Base salary of $50,000$60,000 plus monthly performance-based bonus opportunities.
Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $55,000.00/Yr.
