Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. This high-acuity role in the Surgery Trauma unit provides an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population including surgical, gun shot, and paraplegic cases. You will be supported by Nursing Support Techs with a patient ratio of 5:1, as well as phlebotomists and a unit secretary available at night.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Surgery Trauma unit
• Perform patient assessments and record patient information
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate during nurse handoffs with Emergency Department and admitting unit

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current RN license
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg specialty
• Proficiency in EPIC systems
