As part of Koch Industries, Molex fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and transformative technology development across global markets.What You Will DoData & AnalyticsDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide real‑time visibility into engineering performance, quality, delivery, and operational healthAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvementTranslate ambiguous problems into structured analyses and clear recommendations for leadershipEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance across engineering metricsIssue & Performance ManagementProactively identify emerging issues, risks, and dependencies across engineering initiativesTrack and manage action items, escalation paths, and follow‑ups to resolutionCreate structured approaches to problem solving, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvementProgram & Execution SupportSupport engineering leaders in planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiativesCoordinate across engineering, product, quality, and operations to keep work on trackEstablish lightweight processes, documentation, and operating mechanisms that improve execution without adding unnecessary overheadLeadership & CommunicationServe as a trusted partner to engineering leadership, providing concise, data‑driven insightsPrepare executive‑level summaries, presentations, and readoutsAct as a connector between teams, ensuring alignment and clarity of prioritiesWhat Success Looks LikeEngineering leadership has clear, trusted visibility into performance and risksIssues are identified early and managed proactivelyData drives discussions and decisions rather than anecdotesEngineering teams are better aligned, more predictable, and more effectiveWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Strong analytical skills with experience working with complex datasetsProven ability to build and manage dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar)Experience in project or program management within a technical or engineering environmentExcellent problem‑solving skills with a bias toward actionAbility to manage multiple priorities and stay ahead of issuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat Will Put You AheadExperience supporting engineering or R&D organizationsFamiliarity with engineering metrics (delivery, quality, capacity, efficiency)Experience working in cross‑functional or matrixed organizationsBackground in continuous improvement, operations, or process optimizationFor this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
