Human Resources Manager

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to own the HR function for our growing organization. This is a hands‑on leadership role, not a support role — you\'ll be the primary HR authority, partnering with senior leadership to build the people infrastructure. This role suits someone who\'s built or scaled an HR function in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and knows how to lead without a playbook. You will: Own people operations day-to-day — onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, policies — as the go‑to HR contact for employees and managers. Lead full-cycle recruiting across all departments, from sourcing through offer, using structured hiring methods. Run the performance review cycle and surface engagement/retention patterns to leadership. Use AI tools to drive efficiency across HR workflows. You bring: 6–12 years in HR/people ops, including 3+ years owning an HR function in a lean, fast‑moving organization. Full-cycle recruiting experience and strong employee relations skills (including hard conversations and terminations). Comfort building HR structure from scratch. Strong judgment, clear communication, and process‑mindedness without adding bureaucracy.
