Description - What You'll Do

• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Record detailed documentation of laboratory procedures, provide training for new staff or interns, and help maintain high-quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary working environment while complying with relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• It's essential to have a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification coupled with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be achieved within one year of hire.
• Certification must be maintained for the duration of employment.
